Hi! I'm Jerri and I am an Indie Author and Accidental Self-Compassion Advocate. I've studied self-compassion, specifically when it comes to creating and working toward goals, for several years--ever since I realized I was terrible to myself when I thought I wasn't doing what I SHOULD be doing.
